At Tikka Temple, I played a key role in shaping the restaurant’s online presence and enhancing the customer experience. I designed user-friendly, visually appealing websites and digital interfaces, ensuring seamless navigation and an engaging experience for visitors. In addition, I developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels to increase brand visibility. This included managing social media platforms, optimizing digital ad campaigns, and creating compelling promotional content.

Objective

To enhance the online presence and drive customer engagement for Tikka Temple through a strategic approach to website design and digital marketing. By creating an intuitive, visually appealing website and implementing targeted digital campaigns, my goal is to increase online visibility, drive foot traffic, and boost sales, while fostering strong connections with both new and loyal customers.

  • Website Design & Development (Initial Phase):

  • Led the design and development of the Tikka Temple website from scratch, ensuring a user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive experience across all devices.

  • Focused on intuitive navigation, clear menu displays, online ordering integration, and easy-to-find contact and location details to enhance customer convenience.

  • Worked closely with the restaurant team to incorporate branding elements, high-quality images, and customer-centric features, creating a seamless online representation of the restaurant’s vibrant ambiance.

  • Spearheaded the digital marketing efforts for Tikka Temple, including managing social media platforms (Instagram, Google) to boost engagement and connect with a growing audience.

  • Created engaging promotional content (graphics, videos, and posts) highlighting the restaurant’s offerings, including special deals, new dishes, and seasonal promotions to maintain customer interest.
