UNII needed a user-centric website that aligned with their brand identity. My role involved conducting user research to inform design decisions, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to outline site layout, and developing a modern visual design to enhance the overall user experience and functionality.
Discovery
The discovery phase for my project started with an in-depth analysis of the existing website. I conducted user interviews and surveys to uncover key pain points and gather valuable insights directly from users. This process was essential in identifying the specific needs and challenges of the website’s visitors.
Design & Development
The primary goal was to create a responsive and accessible design that ensures an optimal user experience across all devices and screen sizes. I developed wireframes and prototypes to visualize the new layout, opting for a streamlined one-page design that prioritizes simplicity and easy navigation, enabling users to access essential information with minimal clicks.

Key features included a clean, modern aesthetic that aligns with the brand identity of UNII, intuitive navigation to help users find information quickly, clear calls-to-action guiding users towards key actions, and accessible design elements to make the site usable for all, including those with disabilities.

With the UNII website developed and tested, we prepared for the launch phase. This involved conducting a final round of user testing to confirm that all features functioned as intended and effectively addressed user needs.
